Finally, we meet!

Hello there!

My name is  NGOV Chihor. I am Cambodian. I was a student of the Department of Media and Communication (DMC), Royal University of Phnom Penh, majoring in Media Management.

I was also a Media intern at the Documentation Center of Cambodia (DC-Cam), where I managed to be the photographer and videographer in 2018. During the year of 2019, I was a Communications and Advocacy intern at CARE Germany, a member of CARE International. In 2020, I worked as a Communications Officer for the Department of Media and Communication (DMC), where I managed the social media channels of the institution.

Currently, I am the Communications Officer at the Open Development Cambodia (ODC), a non-governmental organization whose works focus on collecting data and make it available publicly.

Oh, my interests? I do photography as a hobby, and photo stories of course. I am into poetry and novel. And I love football.
